Here is the final image done for a Digital Painting course over at http://www.cgmw.com We had to produce a colour key as well as the final image. I stuck to the colours I chose pretty well I think… The assignment was to create a scene using just the pen selection tool and brushes.

Heh heh, well that’s perhaps doing him an injustice- maybe he smells of roses and uh, nice things. Or maybe he smells of fish… Anyway, this was done with the pen tool in Photoshop- I rather like this method of working, it makes everything you do look really clean and professional. I may post more… I’ve got some ideas for some of his mates that exist on a clapped out little fishing boat with him…
